Solo Show:
Secrets of the Elements 4, Time’s Arrows

Langley Spurlock
with poet John Martin Tarrat

Einstein thumbs a ride through time
as art and haiku meet at the corner
of Aluminum and Gold. Opus 4 in this long-
running collaboration takes another look
at the good, the bad and the truly nasty
of the periodic table.

Tea Time
Diane Blackwell

Tea Time presents a series of paintings on her playful look at taking tea. By limiting the subject matter to things related to tea, the paintings are free to explore scenarios, colors, and artistic references. "It's the rituals and ceremonies in life that provide structure and comfort. I have found that a nice cup of tea focuses my thoughts."

Bound and Determined
Lois Kampinsky

The exhibition plays with the concept of binding in a panoply of color and complex line. Boundaries can limit, but they also liberate, says the artist. "Give me a challenge, something to kick against...in art, and I am truly happy."

Studio Sunday: (Dis)connected
Errant Movement

Errant Movement will perform (Dis)connected, a dance piece that explores the influence of technology in our lives. For the second part of the showing, the dancers will ask the audience to participate by texting provided phone numbers to create a soundtrack for a dance improvisation.
