Black Health and Wellness - Living in a "Beautiful, Colorful Way"

This year’s Black History Month celebrates Black Health and Wellness, and the struggles the black community continues to face even today. If they cannot even expect to have the same level of physical or mental care, it will make the fight that much more of a challenge - still, even in the dark, there are moments of color that lead to celebration.

“Black History Month means more to me more than ever before with states removing Black History from schools. It is important to celebrate the achievements of black people while shining a light on all the atrocities and adversities that we have faced. We cannot and will not allow our history to minimized.”
